I have been to Japan several times and had sushi at many places all over this planet but I am sorry to say that this was the worst Japanese style rice I ever had. It was overcooked, flavourless and smashed. Miso soup was without seaweed but with noodles and bad tofu. The nori surrounding the rolls was quite chewy. For the price I payed it was shockingly bad.
Well for starters the food was great. Liked the feel and energy of the place and to me what makes a great restaurant is not only the food but also the service that comes with it and by far this place Is excellent. The staff was great and very friendly we felt like we had Vegas style attention, which Vegas food places lack the most of, we had the chefs choice, and the rolls were delicious. Worth every cent I definitely recommend this place and next time I’m Rollin through flagstaff, I’ll be sure to stop by again, thanks for the hospitality guys 5 stars all the way
