Overcharged me, teppanyakki was cooked hot, then sat in freezing air to get cold fast…literally.. I will never eat here again. Do yourself a favor and go to karma or any other teppanyakki in town. Or go to little Thai kitchen.
Best sushi in Flagstaff. Monsoons and Karma are over priced compared to any other place I have ever been too but Teppan Fuji is wonderful sushi at a fair price. Must try the rainbow roll.

Worst Sushi I have ever had. They only use imitation crab in their rolls and still charge $9+. I got mine to go and order 2 rolls one was a cold Philly roll and the other a shrimp tempur roll. They put both the rolls in the same to go box. Then put the tempura roll next to the ginger which made it soggy. The cold roll also smelled really fishy and I didnt eat it because fresh fish should not smell fishy!
Best sushi in town for the price. Great chef, just sit at the bar and talk with him. Make sure to try the meso soup, and the dragon rolls. Also Tuesday night specials.
