As I sit here with the most comfortable buzz ever created by tequila, I ponder the best way to sum up my experience. It’s frickin’ Cinco de Mayo, this place has been open a year today, and I live right around the corner. I had to come here. We walked in shortly after they opened the doors and sat at the bar. I’m not a tequila person, but I went with the Casa Margarita and was gently dipped into a bliss that won’t be found anywhere else. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable of the vast selection of tequilas. We ordered the Nachos Chingones and OMG! You know how you go to a new place, try something, and then never order anything else ever again. I could do that here, the restaurant equivalent of a show hole, only I’d be a happy camper. The only reason this place didn’t receive a 5 rating is the complaining I heard from the wait staff about pulling a double, getting stuck with a crappy section, and too many servers. I get it, it happens. Don’t ever let a customer hear about it. I’ll still be back, but not to commiserate with the staff.
