I left without eating.. We were seated for ten minutes before we saw the server and over twenty before we had drinks. When the food came, my $15 salad was drenched in dressing and the lettuce was wilted and soggy. I sent the food back and left without eating. This is the second bad experience at this restaurant, there will not be a third.
Horrible food and service.. We were seated ten minutes before we saw a server and over twenty before we had drinks. The food came and was so bad I sent it back and left without eating. The salad was drenched in dressing and the lettuce was wilted and soggy. Save yourself and go to any other restaurant.
Reliably good. My wife and I have eaten here many times and never disappointed. Not traditional spaghetti and meatball. Excellent entrees, salads, and sandwiches.Friendly great service too. Can sit outdoors, which in the winter in AZ is delightful. Located in a lovely shopping mall which is great for a pleasant walk after eating. For desert don’t miss the really great gelato store next door (best I’ve ever had).
Great food and service.
Tuesday visit 3/20. Chris the General Manager took a negative visit and turned it into positive one . Thanks Chris and we will see you again. 🙂 Food is great! Kids menu best bang for the buck. The manager on duty just made a bad decision that night.
Great happy hour eats!. Great food at Brio, but the reason we usually go here is for their Happy Hour. $2.95 will get you one of their many yummy appetizers. No happy hour drink specials though, but the money you save on food makes up for it. It does get busy in the bar though and seating can be hard to find. Well worth the wait though! Great dining experiences in the restaurant too! I definitely recommend!
Tasty tapas….try the carpacio & cucumber muddled basil gimlet! :)27 Jun, 2011Great food! Best drinks. Totally reccomend! -Unie
