I have eaten here twice now. Both times service was not all that good. Food is alright. I got the Kung pao shrimp the first time an human style shrimp the second. It was decent, nothing I would drive out of my way for though. The second time I went for the convict of it location as to where I was. Plus I don’t like giving mediocre reviews unless I have gone at least twice. Most of the time.
Reflecting back on my experience at the Chens Chinese Bistro, I was very satisfied with the time I had spent at the Restaurant. My main concern when I walked in was the lack of customers and business in the Bistro. In a way, I was a little uncomfortable with how there was more workers sitting down and enjoying their dinner, rather than customers in town. Setting aside from the customers, the cleanliness of the restaurant was spectacular and was kept up by the employees. The customer service was pretty decent in the time being, what I had noticed was that the restaurant isnt a big fan of sharing. I had gone with a friend at the time and shared a plate, and meanwhile I felt as if I was being watched when we split the order between us. The lady who waited on us was very patient with us and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying the food and company. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and I was very pleased to say it was much better than I had expected. The chicken was very well cooked through and had the perfect taste of sweet and sour. The fried rice was also very tasty and I loved the variety of sides provided with the meal. I was also happy with how high the quality of food was. The meal prices were right on the price criteria I was willing to pay for any bistro in the area and if you ever stop in for lunch, their specials are only 8 dollars. I would highly recommended Chens Chinese food to anyone! Chens is one of my favorites and I would definitely rank it top 5 on my list and the experience I had.

The order came up very quickly and when I got home and tasted it, I was very happy! Both dishes were fantastic. The location is convenient, prices are reasonable, and my first experience was great. Will definitely be eating at Chen’s again in the near future.
