Bad customer service. Been here 4X and 3 of the 4 was a disappointment. Took some family members here and half the order came out way wrong. Half of us got our food while the other half ended up waiting 20 more minutes for their food. Yesterday was the last straw, me and my daughter walked up there and ordered our food for take out. Walked home to discover she forgot the teriyaki bowl for my daughter. We walked back up there and she apologized for forgetting it and said it would be a few minutes. Finally she brought out the teriyaki and said she forgot to ring it up as well and charged me another 8 bucks. I told her that we just walked an extra half mile because of her mistake and feel that she should discount it or give it to me since we had to walk all the way back up here. She said No, but she’s sorry. My kid was hungry so I paid for it but never again will I go back to these incompetent people. It’s been the same woman that has screwed up our orders every time. She must own the place or I’d imagine she would have been fired a long time ago.
