I just don’t understand negative reviews for this chain!They serve fresh made burgers, and fries, and excellent shakes. The menu is limited, and I prefer my fries crisper, however, You get what you ask for here.Cleaner than any other burger chain I know of, perfectly consistent, and priced right. Employees are first rate, courteous & efficient.You can pay 3 times as much & get better elsewhere, but that’s the way it should be!Food…B, Service..A, Ambience..B, Value..A
I really don’t get it. For years I’ve heard people ranting and raving about In-N-Out, and when I moved out west I finally got to try it, and boy was I disappointed. Is it better than a big mac, or a whopper, of course it is. But claiming this place is amazing because it’s better than the cheapest most low end restaurants in its category is like claiming your fat ugly girlfriend is gorgeous because she’s slightly better looking than Gabourey Sidibe. Does this place work in a pinch, when it’s late and only mcdonalds, BK, and wendy’s are open, yes. Would I ever crave or look forward to such mediocrity, absolutely not.
