Joyride Taco House was the greatest experience that I’ve ever had. As soon as I arrived there I was instantly seated, it was a Saturday night too! In addition to being seated extremely quickly, there was always a waiter or waitress at our table all the time. I never had to ask for a refill on my lemonade one time. Joyride is one of those restaurants that you can bring the whole family too, there is something that everyone will enjoy. All in all, the quality of the food was great and the staff were incredibly fantastic. As soon as I stepped foot on the pavement at Joyride, I was immediately haunted by such an aroma of smells. I knew from the start that this place was going to be one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to. Instantly, the waiter was at our table asking us what we wanted to eat and drink. As my personal preference, I got three carne asada tacos with no onions. Little did I know that my taste buds would be taken on a trip. In addition to the tacos tasting absolutely amazing, they filled me up as well. Lastly, the staff there were absolutely amazing. On an extremely bust Saturday night, we were seated instantly. They knew exactly what they were doing at all times, even with it being an extremely busy. No one at my table even had to ask for a refill, they offered to do it every single time. Not only was there one helping us out and asking us how we are doing the whole time, but there were others there to help us out along the way. This is what made it the most special as this was our very first time going. All in all, Joyride is definitely a place that I would bring friends and family too if I had the choice.

I really love the experience at Joyride! The atmosphere is very fun, the decor is colorful and trendy, and there is a lot of patio seating! I’m a huge fan of their drinks, especially those on the $5 happy hour menu, and their tacos are pretty delicious too! violet-and-vine.com

Happy Hour. We stopped for happy hour and found a sunny spot on the side patio. Margaritas were great and only $5. The staff was very accommodating and made a drink that was not on the menu. The manager visited us and sent out a complimentary appetizer, nachos, which were great. Thanks. We will visit again.

Never again. Visited the place the night before Thanksgiving around 8 pm, and was not greeted by anyone. The staff was huddle in a corner visiting. The place was not busy at all (talked to the manager Natalie later, and she claimed they were really busy!!) Searched for a clean table and finally found one in the corner. Asked the girl folding silverware if we could get someone to wait on us!! Our drink order was taken and the waitress was away like a flash. Obviously didn’t want to miss any of the conversations in the corner!! She returned with our drink order. 2 Margaritas ($9.00 each). When you pay $9 for a margarita you expect better tequila than what’s on the rail. They were bland at best. The food was order (beef and cheese burrito). Our food returned in a timely manner, however it was barely warm and there was more tortilla than meat and NO CHEESE!!! We were hungry and ate the food. I came to the conclusion there is better Mexican food at Taco Bell then here. Our waitress than brought us the wrong check. I had to hunt her down to get the right one. She was nowhere to be found (probably in the corner), so I ask the bartender if he would send her over. After a night of this, I was done. When I called the manager (Natalie) she asked why I hadn’t approached her the night this happen. You were in the corner with you staff instead of seeing if your customers were satisfied!! When I talked to her she reminded me of her many favorable reviews. Well Natalie….this isn’t one of them. Your offer of free coupons was rejected. Nothing will bring me back!! Poor service, over priced drinks, and bad food won’t bring people back!!

Looked like a cool place in a good location. Got right in and sat down. Was greeted by a bowl of chips literally thrown onto the table. When I looked up to say thanks, all I saw was her back walking away. The menu is ok. Good choices. But very expensive for what you get. We ordered tacos. We each got three (because you get a free side). We also each chose a margarita. All the tacos are a-la-carte and cost between $3.50 and $4.25. Mind you, these are street tacos, so you’ll need a few to be satisfied. For the sides I had the black beans and my wife had the grilled vegetables. When the food arrived, we were pleased by the presentation. The tacos were mediocre at best. Two bites each and they’re gone. Very played up on the menu. The sides were bland and not warm. We ate our whole meal in less than 10 min. Ended up paying $52 with tip… For two people! Not sure if this place will have repeat customers. Once you try it, you most likely won’t go back. That is, unless you like tiny portions and wasting your money… Go to New Mexican Grill instead.
