Every visit is more amazing than the last. Impeccable service, fantastic wine pairings by sommelier Kevin (Pima Bear) and a fantastic menu with creative dishes using ingredients sourced from the Gila River Indian Community. Cocktails by Liberty are also excellent and my new favorite is the Mole in Manhattan. I love all the special touches such as the mesquite wood menus with watercolor paintings by artist (and server) Joshua. writeonrubee.com
Service was attentive and impeccable. The seasonal menu features tribal and regional ingredients. They offer to suit every taste but I did find the menu heavily leans towards to meat eaters. (elk, buffalo, lamb, pork belly, uni) Several amuse bouche were served. I had the most amazing salad ever that featured the most amazing vegetables I’ve ever seen but they told me after I had it that squid ink was a part of it and I do think they should have revealed that squid ink was in the salad before it was sitting in front of me. I had the New York Strip for dinner and it had a crust on it like no other I ever had before and the P.B.& J dessert was amazing. After dinner they left a handwritten thank you card, some chocolates and bottles of water for us in our car.
