I am here at least twice a month, either out to catch up with my girls or having a night out with my man. I love it here! Have been to the one in Chandler and the one at San Tan and they both are excellent places. If you go on weekends, go early because it gets really packed. Happy hour has great deals, 1/2 off appetizers 😉 love the Philadelphia Rolls and avocado rolls! Highly recommend both! Enjoy 😀
We have loved other Kona’s in the past. This Kona experience was bad… the service took forever eventhough they were slow. The food took too long to come out, the lemon grass fish was over-cooked. When sent back it took 17min to remake an send out. Server and manager didn’t apologize. Bill came with no discount too. Really sad…
Food, service and ambiance was just average. Nice place for lunch but only if u r in Santan Village area. I won’t make a special visit here.
I eat here 2 x a month. It’s always good. Make a reservation for dinner to avoid a wait.
Terrible service on all 3 visits as well as mediocre food and tremendous wait for food with no explination or compensation.
