Great sushi, sashimi, bento boxes too. If you order off the happy hour menu, you get a small salad, miso soup, and a combo roll (2 different kinds your pick) or sashimi & roll. Plus for desert an orange whip-cream & chocolate drizzle cup or apple & orange peacock whip-cream & chocolate with pokey sticks for 2. Always an excellent surprise treat! Also the gyoza are hand made & the shrimp tempura is excellent and non greasy. Love it! This is our best bet for go to sushi in Mesa / Gilbert area. We go here about 3 times a month. Always fresh, clean, with excellent customer service. Never a problem. Very hard to find this kind of friendly customer service in most Mesa / Gilbert restaurants they make you feel at home. Thank you Masa Sushi for inviting us into your home. Keep up the good work, all the best in 2013!
Impressive. I was expecting something different for some reason but was pleasantly surprised. A very nice menu with great options the waitstaff even was willing to offer some off the menu options for my wife who was expecting. I will absolutely be back.
Absolutely amazing experience! The sushi was prepared very well and the environment was very relaxed! They have made a fan out of me… Not only was the sushi great but they won me over with this little desert thing with sliced up orange that just made the perfect topper. Very highly recommended!
New Experiences. This past weekend I went to a sushi bar. The name of the bar was Masa Sushi. It was a wonderful experience. The people who worked there were kind and always had a smile on their face. The environment was upbeat; the scenery inside the restaurant looked beautiful. The bar was filled with different paintings going across the walls in different patterns.The bar was modern and the food was delightful. The sushi was reasonably priced and this bar was a mixed menu so you got more sushi for your money. The portions were perfect for the meals and the appearance was exceptional.My two favorite things about Masa Sushi were the free desserts and the many portraits of people on the wall. I found the pictures beautifully displayed and the fact that they covered the entire wall was appealing to the eye. I asked about the wall of photos and they said for every special occasion they will take a picture of the guest of honor and have it hung on the wall. I would definitely recommend a trip to Masa Sushi.
Mediocre at best! All 6 types of rolls we got all tasted the same. My biggest complaint is the size of rolls. Way too big to even fit in your mouth
Good food with great service! Masa has a variety of unique rolls with fresh sushi. Comfortable atmosphere. A place to enjoy!
Best sushi in Gilbert by far. Very authentic, very fast, and SO good. You get a lot of food for a good price if you go during happy hour. LOVE it.
