  Went there on a Sunday night around 7pm, 2 adults 2 kids. Waited 5 min for a table, no biggie. After we got sat our waiter showed up maybe only a couple min late to greet us,get our drink order but again not bad. He brought our drinks and bread in a timely manner and we placed our order. As he was leaving i mentioned how we had no silverware or napkins. We ate our bread without silverware,napkins which isn’t a huge deal but we had one child with food allergies and i couldn’t butter his own bread and butter that i brought from home for him. Thankfully i brought a kids fork in the diaper bag that i used to butter and cut his bread. The salad took more than twenty mins to come out, again not complicated, it’s salad. Again, i have to ask for silverware. Our meals come shortly after. All 3 steaks were cooked med well to well when we asked for all of them medium. The mgr offered to take them back but i didn’t feel like waiting for 3 new steaks cuz now it’s been like 45 mins..my husband got the wrong potato and i ordered my loaded baked with all the toppings on the side So my son with food allergies could share it with me. The mgr comped us a baked potato. Asked for a1, waiter came back with our drinks and no a1, so had to ask him again. As far as the meal goes, steaks were horribly over cooked, i would have been happier with a hamburger from McDonald’s, my lobster tail was dry, and i don’t know how you can mess up grilled cheese but my son wouldn’t eat any of it cuz it was so crusty and dry. I was a waitress in college at several restaurants so i try not to be too picky but come on, this whole meal was very disappointing. I always leave 20 to 22 % whenever we go out our everything is good, tonight i left 10%. Total waste of money. I saw another table that was not our waiters also not have silverware and they had to ask once their dinner came out. Really outback?

  How is the manager still working there? I believe they literally cut steaks in half down the entire middle of the steak making them a half inch thick. Worst Outback…very unfortunate as I used to absolutely love the place. This one is a stay away.01 Oct, 2013Do you like cafeteria style steak? Then this is your place. Order and $18+ Ribeye to get the thinnest ugliest looking small steak I have ever seen served at a restaurant. And somehow they did the smallest grown baked potatoes in the west to serve with it. I used to love this place – now they have gotten so cheap it’s no longer a cool restaurant to go to.

  Disappointing…. Although I like Outback Steakhouse Generally, this location was a big disappointment! They screwed up our togo order really bad and even had some missing items, also my side of sauteed mushrooms smelled like manure? :0 Won’t go back to this location again!
