Satisfaction. Food was pleasant! very flavorful and moist. I’m not much for lamb and hummus but this place made me have second thoughts. The waiter was very polite and the service was quick. my favorite dish was the lamb/beef gyro. It had the perfect combination of spices and sauces. It was a very well done meal. Sylvia said she is most known for her hummus and after tasting it, I understand why. It was creamy and delightful and the fries we got with it were golden brown and crunch on the outside and light in the middle. I call that a perfect fry. Also the dishes are filling and inexpensive. I was also glad to see clean floors and clean work areas, That’s always a good sign, However, I am very satisfied with the food and service here. I will be returning to Phoenicia Mediterranean Grill soon with a large appetite.
Food is average. Rude middle eastern lady runs this place. Unpleasant experience.
Great food & service. I have been going to this place for years. They have consistently giving me wonderful, fresh, & good value meals. I figured it is time I share this place with the world.
PROS: Very clean interior, friendly staff, chicken kabob sandwich that rivals my 16 year fave (Pita Jungle chicken shawarma) & the BEST garlic dip, which is made with paste of goat milk. Other places use mayonnaise (i.e. gross). CONS: Only one problem, the beef kabob was tough. The only other thing to note is the waiter was not knowledgeable of the ingredients in the garlic dip. He was perfectly nice and attentive so it didn’t bother me. He came right back to let me know it contained no mayo. However, with an uncommon item on the menu, I would expect all the staff to know the answer.
It’s a great place. Very very friendly staff. The gyro was delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful.
Cold food in the buffet.. Ordered the Buffet, the food was cold, I told the waiter but he never got back with me. Upon check out, one of the waitresses asked me how was everything, I told her the food was cold in the buffet, she started making excuses, never said sorry and never offered to not charge for the meal. Poor customer service and frankly hazardous food that is sitting in the buffet for god knows how long. There are much better middle eastern foods around….
We love this place, best greek in town. Buffet rocks
