Our dining experience was subpar at best. We went on a Friday evening and the place was busy, but we found a table right away. The staff were pleasant but distracted. We chalked it up to the busyness of the day. It took a bit for our drinks to arrive and they were refilled sporadically. We ordered and our food took a while to arrive, but we didn’t mind. Another factor of the busyness. What we found strange was that our dishes came out 15 minutes apart. We noticed another party receiving their food separately with the child receiving his almost 30 minutes from ordering. Our pita was stale but replaced happily with fresh ones. I had the shawarma entree with basmati rice and salad. All were flavorful but the chicken was a little dry. The white, foamy, garlicky stuff was a delightful surprise. Hubby had the Phoenician combo and the lamb was delicious. He was impressed by the chicken kabob. The baklava was great. If we go back, we’ll probably just do take out.

One day, we wanted to order ahead of time so they were ready when we got there, but the phone was busy the whole 30 minute ride to the store. Come to find out, some one had forgotten to turn the phone off. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long for the food because it wasn’t as busy that day.
