Ordered a few times from here and the orders were wrong or just gross. Sandwich was soggy as could be last time with plastic generic cheese. I expected more.
We ordered a Roast Beef Deluxe Sub (Mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, provolone, mushrooms, sprouts) and a Steak and Cheese (Mayo, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms, grilled bell peppers). The latter had better flavor! My big complaint is that the toasted sub rolls fell apart, they need better bread. The place is set up like the typical sports bar with half a dozen big screen TV’s. They had half a dozen high top tables with stools and one regular table with chairs. It appeared fairly clean. Sunday lunch hour and only 2 people working, service was rather slow. I’ve been to better sandwich shops so probably won’t return even though their prices were reasonable low. I give them 3 1/2 stars.
Best Subs in Gilbert. I have been going to Sidewinder Subs for a long time…and this is the best place to stop for a sub!!! There has not been a sub there that I did not like….The prices are good. And, the amount of food you get is filling. The Hot Pastrami, Spicy Italian, Ham, Seafood and Avocado, Buffalo Chicken…..they are all great!!!
Fantastically fresh! Bread is awesome and sandwiches huge! Plus they have Wise potato chips …. YUM. A definite new favorite – beats out Jimmy Johns!!
Best subs in the valley!. This place rocks! I go there about 2 times a week. Try the club with chipotle mayo…OMG! They also have great wings, entertainment on TV and always service with a smile. Easily my favorite sub shop.

Excellent..!. This is not a Subway, or other big box sub shop. Doug, the owner, makes sure every sub is perfect, and he uses only the best ingredients. Try this place. You won’t be unhappy…!
