Very poor quality across the the whole experience. 1st. salsa was VERY salty, server agreed, I hoped for the best but downhill from there.Food arrived cold, sent it back asked not to microwave, food came back, my wife actually bent her fork trying to cut the enchilada. The service was spotty, staff seem more bent on visiting each other rather than serving their patrons.I’ve been to Bitzy’s several times before and enjoyed the food. However, I will never go back as I believe the quality and caring is down across the the entire experience…. living off previous reputation, too bad.
We came in to town for the chocolate affaire, and were looking forward to experiencing the local cuisine. Our experience was not one, I ever want to have again! The only thing worse than the service was the food, and the margaritas closely followed. Our meal took an inexcusably long time, and lacked flavor and freshness. Our margaritas were served in two very different sized glasses, but were the same price. It didn’t matter so much since neither were worth drinking (instant heartburn from bad mixer). I can’t imagine how they have stayed in business so long.
