This is a newly opened Steakhouse that is still in the opening process and they are still tinkering with the recipes at the time of this review. The location is down town Glendale. We were welcomed by a friendly hostess and were given the choice of table or big comfy booth. I ordered the salmon sandwich with salad instead of fries. The sandwich was delicious! The fish was seasoned nicely came with a tasty sauce and was served on a delicious bun. My salad was big and fresh. They made a very good salmon sandwich. My husband had the peppered french dip. I noticed his sandwich was sitting under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes and my sandwich was made after his was done. The French Dip didn’t arrive in good condition. We told the manager in detail what was wrong with the sandwich and she said it wouldn’t happen again and it was removed from our bill. The steak fries were like budget steakhouse fries. This restaurant has TONS of potential. They have a nice big outdoor patio and a newly opened gastro pub.
