THE TYPE OF FOOD GODs ONLY EAT! BEST! DELICIOUS! FLAVOR TO DIE FOR AND EAT IN HEAVEN!. Ive been going there for 3 years now this January and i must admit they have never messed up on my order. i usually call it by phone and just pick it up. the owner is the cook with the recipe and she is such a little wonderful woman. her kids are also great, i met hr son the first time i went there and he treated me like family. that’s what i like about this place. they actually talk to you and care how you’re doing. the best best best customer service ive ever received. i cant see how the person above left a bad review. ive also seen the difference in how her kids have lost weight but i talked to their mom and its because they have undergone many surgeries. i should know i once had to get surgery on my knee twice and all the meds and physical therapy makes you loose your appetite. i think you might have been rude to them for them to be rude to you since they are the nicest happiest ppl ive ever encountered. my favorite is the enchiladas! anywhere you go they make them salty or sweet or sour but not at Litos! here they always!!!!! make the best cheese and onion enchiladas with lettuce on the side, and u can taste the freshness! but everything on their menu is great! recomend it 1000000% by infinity! lol!
Flavorful and cheap mexican food. We read the reviews on here and decided to give Lito’s a try. Hands down some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The guy who took our order knew we never been there before and gave samples of the red and green chili and meat. There was so much flavor in the meat and sauce. The beans and rice is very good too. We were amazed on how clean the place was. We ordered red chili, and green chili burrito combo plates and it was so good. Better than most Mexican places I’ve been to. Will definitely add to my speed dial, so I can call in the order and the hubby can pick it up.
Best food ever!!!. Wow am i empressed!! I have never in my life tasted the most delecious red and green chili brurritos in my entire life! everything in this meun is great, like the super burro which is any burro you want enchilada style and it has cheese, tamatos, sourcream, guacomole, lettuce sooo yummy!! and there costumer service is aboustly wondeful i dont ever have to complain they make me feel at home, and this foodis to die for you should also try their tacos and i like the chicken burro with green sauce on top really good!! so i highly reccomend this place!!
Lito’s is excellent Mexican food. The green chile is the best choice on the menu whether alone in a burrito or on nachos. Somedays the green chile is HOT and somedays it is just pretty warm…you never know!However, the service is horrible. You should ALWAYS ALWAYS check your oder before leaving. Our office orers take out from there and have been left without someone’s order on several occasions.
Christmas Tamale prepaid order not filled!!!. We were referred to Lito’s from a friend and tried their green chile burrito and beef tamales a couple of nights ago. The food was very good, so we decided to place our Christmas tamale order for 1 dozen, prepaid. I just received a phone call on the day before Christmas Eve that my order will not be filled. There was evidently a problem with the beef and pork tamales that were made for me. I was offered chicken tamales in place or my original beef and pork order could be filled for next week. I am extremely disappointed, as these tamales were highly anticipated as part of my Christmas day dinner with family. Not impressed, and I will not be back.
THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVER. I highly recoment this place 200000% their food to rediculous delicious. Their green chilli burrito an their chimichangas are huge an so tasty. I actually went to phoenix to visit for 2 months i went to eat there like 20 times, i tasted there whole menu. This place is so amazing. Is a small place but their food is so yummy i worth every penny. The customer servise is great they make u feel right at hm, i actually found out that the owner is the person that cooks i wanted to meet her to thank her for the great food, she has the best personally ever…..
Same as Rito’s, seats 10. If you’ve been to Rito’s downtown in a seedy neighborhood, you’ll realize this place is a actually luxurious by comparison. According to the current owner, it was started by a member of the family who owns the famous Rito’s, and then sold and then sold again to the current owners, with recipes included. It’s straightforward excellent AZ mexican food, medium hot, no frills, just great flavor. There are maybe 3 tables in the room, seating a total of 10 or so, but in the 3 or 4 times I’ve eaten there, I’ve never had a problem finding a table open. The red and green chile are killer. Rice and beans very respectable, and if you’re anywhere in the area and want to try one of the better and lesser-known places in town, this is it. Some of the menu items that Rito’s no longer serves can be found here. The menu says Cash Only, but they do accept debit cards now.
