  CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! I went …. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! I went into Ramiro’s to ask how much a pound of meat would be. The staff seemed helpful and told me it would be $8.99 a pound. However they did mention that the container they use to measure was taken by the owner so they did not have a clear way to measure and didn’t want to mistakenly give me less. Understandable I thought. So I asked them if there was another way to measure an amount. As the three guys were going back and forth – they came up with a solution. They mentioned they will sell me a pint (container) each for $1.79 according to their price sheet which actually read $1.69. I stumbled on the price but decided it was worth it and asked if I can have 5 pints of chicken and 5 pints of carne asada. As they began to prepare I joked about being a small gal with the ability to each a lot. As I sat and waited thereafter I was waved over to the window. The contained meat was ready to be paid for and picked up so I smiled and walked to the window. Upon pulling out my money while the guy in the window began to mention that he made a mistake and the price changed to a higher price; to be exact $3.99 per pint. He said he called the owner after the meat was prepared and the price was changed. I asked him about honoring the original price and he said he could not. I asked him to call the owner back and simply mention the mistake and request he honor the first price. The boy got back on the phone while I stood there and quietly asked the owner about the price in spanish however did not mention about is mistake. (I am fluent in spanish by the way however appear Caucasian). He then hung up the phone and gave me the higher price without batting an eye. I was a bit upset at that point and simply apologized for not taking the meat and mentioned that I too am in customer service and the importance of being honest with the customer. Simply Put: CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF HIKED PRICES.

  Rimiro’s offers authentic tasting Mexican food at fair prices. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. I’ve been told by several that their breakfast burritos are the best however I’ve not had them yet. I can say their burritos in general are well worth the price as is their chimichanga. Absolutely delicious!

  I would like to recommend this restaurant for there great food and friendly service. Must try the chorizo breakfast burrito (has become my FAVORITE!!).09 Sep, 2011Must try!! Great Food Good prices. I went in and had some super nachos and they were the Bomb!!!, and then I went for breakfast and the breakfast burritos were very very GOOD! (new breakfast Buriito). I really recommend this place. Nice clean and good service!09 Sep, 2011Super Nachos!!!!!. These are the best super nachos I ever had.After that I would say that the breakfast burritos wouldBe a must have(served all day !! ) yeah !

  Super Value. Huge portions at mild prices, very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean, well-lit restaurant, definitely authentic Mexican food, and lots of it. We had two meals here, breakfast and lunch, food was freshly prepared and very tasty.
