Local. We were sad when China Boy closed its doors until China Szechuan opened theirs. We waited for weeks and weeks when we found out that a new Chinese restaurant was coming–stopping there once or twice a week to check on the progress. Beyond a doubt it was worth the wait, and we turned out to be their first customers on their first day. Now not every single dish there is the absolute model of perfection. I personally think that the wrapper on their pot stickers is a bit thick for my taste, nor was I a huge fan of their pork belly. That said, I have tried a wide variety of items from their menu and have never been disappointed, and I think that some of their dishes are among the best Chinese fare I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in Chicago and San Francisco. Try their Mongolian beef or their house Chow Fun, or even the walnut shrimp for that matter. The one bad review I read sounded like someone who was trying to get something for nothing. And since they unfortunately don’t deliver, I can’t understand at all the claim that their food came two hours late. Overall the food is superb, and the service is some of the best in town.<< 4 1/2 STARS>>

Don’t waste your money. China Schezuan on Fort Lowell messed up our order the last time we ordered. They stated they would give us a free entree in place of the messed up one but when we tried to order, the manager kept making excuses and argued about it… It also was over two hours late and cold when we got it.
Incredible food. One of the best lunch specials I’ve had in a while at a great price. Service was fast and courteous. General Taos chicken was delicious and very crispy. Better than a lot of higher priced restaurants.
Definitely worth a trip.. Good cooking, good service, knowledgeable management.Blows the usual all-you-can-eat buffets out of the water, cuisine-wise, for very little additional cost.Heartily Recommended.
