Carpe Sonora (yes, I’m tri-lingual). Very good food. Had the enchalada combo plate. Beans and rice sides were tasty and the sauces and salsa were all well prepared. Friendly service. Best Mexican we’ve had in havasu.
This little off the beat’n path Mexican restaurant is worth your effort to find it.
Dirty plate and cup… I had a salad that was wilted and overpriced. 5 bucks for lettuce and four tomato slices.. Other food looked over processed and canned cheese … Dont bother.
Best food in town. This restuarant is the best place in Lake Havasu for Mexican food! It was delicious!! I will highly recommend Sonora to all my friends~~

Yum!!. Delicious food, great service! The person who reviewed before me is ridiculous. Are you serious over sour cream? .99?? Just like a person from Havasu who thinks you are entitled to everything for free, get over yourself you should be embarrassed.
My husband and I have been going to Dine at your restraunt AT LEAST once a week for several months now and have recommended you to many friends. We try something new everytime. LAst time about a week and 1/2 ago now. We went and I ordered Fajitas for the 1st time. She brought some stuff to go on the tortilla but there was NO sour cream. When I asked for some she brought me about a tablespoon full in a bowl. When we got the bill we were charged .99 cents for the sour cream. I was totally flabergasted/upset. I have NEVER had fajitas with out sour cream being served and then to be charged extra for something that is supposed to go with the fajitas. Well. So much for going AT LEAST once a week. It’s pretty bad if you want o lose a good customer and probably many more for not serving and charging for what SHLOULD be there in the first place. Kinda like getting a chicken taco with out the chicken. If you want to nickle and dime you customers for evrything make sure you put a toll on using the restroom and parking meters in the parking lot too.
