Just a warning, this review is based solely on customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the food. I ordered a couple of desserts to go because I was in a hurry to get somewhere. When my food was ready I handed the hostess my card for payment and she told me the credit card machine was down. I asked her when it will be fixed and she said that she didn’t know, she doesn’t work on the machine. She said it in a sarcastic tone but I ignored it. I told her that I could prob wait if it’s not too long, she continued again about how she doesn’t work on the machine and said someone was on their way to fix it. Thinking about how I was in a hurry I told her that I wouldn’t have ordered if i knew the machine was down. She replied back but this time not only sarcastically but talking to me in a tone that made it seem like I was inconveniencing her and wasting her time. My friend scrambled through her purse for any cash but she only had a few bucks. The hostess suggested that we go to an ATM but I wasn’t about to go out in the triple-digit summer heat looking for an ATM, just for a $13 order. I told her we wouldn’t be able to pay for it. Without flinching and without an apology took the food back. I couldn’t imagine if we had sat down and ate, she prob would have had us do the dishes. I understand the machine was down, she couldn’t do anything about. It’s just how she handled it. She wasn’t helpful and she wasn’t friendly. That encounter was enough for me to decide that I’m never going back.
