Worst delivery experience ever. The pizza hasn’t even reached my house and I am so mad that unless it causes nirvana, I will still be mad. It won’t be ready for an hour. I still ordered it though because the girl operating the phone was the single most incompetent person I have ever talked to in my life. I had to do everything at least twice. I am visiting my disabled grandmother and needed delivery. I gave the woman the address three times for her to check if the delivered to my area. It wasn’t a she didn’t hear me problem. She searched in the data base to see if we were close enough to deliver to every time and then asked me to repeat myself. I don’t know my grandmothers address off the top of my head so I had to ask her to repeat it to me every time. The real horrors started when I wanted a half everything pizza. The girl kept naming every ingredient they had and insisted on doing that every time I told her- whatever normally comes on an everything pizza, I want that. We went through that three or four times. I was one more repetition from swearing vehemently at her. I am from the Deep South. We are taught to say sir and ma’am and I always use those terms for people working in restaurants or behind a desk because I know they have a hard job and I was taught to be respectful. I didn’t hang up. It didn’t occur to me I was so mad. I still ordered the pizza even after being told about the hour wait because after making it through that much idiocy for no reason would have just been the last thread and I probably would have sworn at the next person I talked to. Also, I wasn’t informed of how backed up they were right off. If I had I would have thanked the girl and looked somewhere else. Most incompetent service ever. Bar none.

My personal favorite is the Kona pizza: Teriyaki sauce, chicken, pineapple, and shredded cheddar cheese. it gives you your pizza craving without being boring. Their Hot Wing pizza is out-of-control-delicious as well. They also have my hands down favorite salad. I know, I know, at at pizza place? It’s delicious, the vegetables are always so fresh, I’ve never eaten it with salad dressing, all the flavors just come through. We order a small antipasta salad, and it comes out of the deceptively tiny styrofoam box as enough to fill your average dinner plate. I’ve never had any issues with them, their food is always fresh and the people are always friendly. First (and only!) place I recommend to people looking for good pizza in Glendale.

They have great customer service and the BEST pizza in the far West Valley. They have great lunch specials and an excellent salad bar. Mmmmmm I am getting hungry!
Cheesus!. I like pizza and I like to think it likes me too but I was displeased when I saw that the cheese was over cooked and one solid unit. I enjoyed the fluffy crust but would not order pizza here unless it was free. not gross just not my type.
