Budget Priced & Family Friendly. Not the best or most authentic but they are a very casual semi fast food kind of Mexican Style Restaurant. You place order at the counter and wait for them to call your number. Prices are very low and the Margaritas are very strong. They are always busy and have a large patio and offer breakfast items all day long. They have many locations now and are the same.

Americanized Fresh Mexican. I agree to the food and the fast food delivery. A level up from Taco Bell,(which isn’t a comparison food wise). Fresh ingedients is the best part it.They do get messy when they know it is going out the door, sometimes. The ONLY thing I do not like that they give on thier combos is the rice. Mexican rice does not have peas and carrots in them. That is in Asian style stir fried rice. When I first came about 1 1/2 yrs ago, I had real Mexican rice. I hope they change, but until then I’lll toss it, replace it with more beans. I make a batch if Zaderan’s[sp] New Orleans Rice and eat it with my combo.Also, after the 1st time I tried one of thier tamales, it was very dry. So next time, I asked for some red enchalada sauce. I tool them home and covered them with the sauce and put some cheese on top. I then baked it to melt the cheese. MMMmm! great idea, with beans.At least I do not get alot of garbage or canned food stuffs. I can tast the preservatives and the metel of the cans, and plastics too. I know when something is frozen (like vegetables and reconstituted like refried beans (see Taco Bell beans for reconstituted beans)Also, this place is crowded and not very WheelChair accessible.I do like this food for the type of restuant it is.
Go there!. Caramba has tasty food at fabulous prices, and the service is fantastic! I have been going to various locations of the restaurant for ten years, and I’ve never had a dish I didn’t love. The mexican pizza is great for a couple to share for dinner, and their margaritas will knock your socks off!
Caramba, where you don’t peso much!. I absolutely love this place! Fresh, quality ingredients, generous portions and best of all consistency. The last meal I had there tasted as good as my first some ten years ago. Whether you go for the traditional combination plates or the less known but just as good, Salpicon, you can never go wrong. They have four locations in Glendale, Phoenix and now Surprise. Give them a try, fast service and delicious food, you won’t be disappointed.
