Ever since this franchise was bought by new ownership, it’s been disappointing. I look at how cheap their coffee mugs look now compared to what used to be available and I know the new ownership is trying to both minimize costs and maximize profits far beyond what’s fair, to the customers detriment. They don’t offer half the donut selection they used to have. They even tried getting away with a cheaper coffee bean but reversed that decision when people stopped coming for the bad coffee.
