The International Bistro is a full service restaurant that’s located between Tanger Outlets and Westgate in Glendale. This restaurant offers all kinds of food and the menu is very long. They serve Persian Food, Mexican Food, Mexican Sushi, Italian Food, American Food, Chinese Food and more! They have a dining room with booths, a sun room with tables and an outdoor patio. They start you off with a basket of chips and unusual celery laced tasty salsa. I ordered Chicken Barg Sultani (Persian Dish) off the chicken menu. I wasn’t expecting a beef koobideh on my plate. The menu can be confusing. I don’t know if I made the error or if my server made the error but I said something and they gave me a chicken koobideh right away without any trouble. Everything I tried was delicious. The meats they used seemed like quality meat and it was juicy and flavorful. My husband tried Chicken Picado (Mexican Dish) His dish came on a hot skillet and His entree and was nicely seasoned and prepared to perfection. Portions were very large….I’d say my Chicken Barg Sultani Platter was enough to feed two hungry people. This restaurant is newly opened and may be working things out with the menu and kitchen. I did feel it took too much time to prepare food at lunch time (over a half hour) but the food we tried was very good. If you decide to give them a try please be prepared to wait.
