The ratings given for this location are just wrong. I think the reason people rate it so low is because of the crowd. Westgate is slammed on the weekends with a lot of drunks and stupid acting people. Yes, the burgers take a little while to come out but when you don’t pre-make anything and leave it under the nuclear heat lamp, it is expected. When you continually slam the restaurant with 50+ people regularly, people need patience and the drunks need to back off the servers. I’d be constantly pissed too having to deal with the ‘privileged people’ who don’t wait in lines or the drunks who are rude, abrasive and leave big messes.About the food – burgers are tasteful depending on what you order. There are a couple burgers on the menu that should be put to bed yes. I’d suggest management reviews what doesn’t sell and try something new.Great shakes, too expensive though.

I used to go here all the time with my friends in high school, but after being absent from the area for 6 years, I can say I never will go back. I went there recently for the Comic Convention in September 2012 and not only was the service slow and the waiters forgetful, it took 20 minutes for them to remember they forgot to put my order in! Also, I would like to comment on their sloppy book keeping skills. The entire party was just billed now, at the end of October, almost two months later! Talk about a slap in the face bank account wise! After this occurrence, I know this Johnny Rockets will never receive my patronage again
Always used to go there because kids ate free and the burgers were good. Over the past year the service became unbearable and we stopped going.
Pretty food. I like the 1950’s feel.
