Delicious. This was a great experience, The cheese fondue and the meat choices were good and great value for what you pay, the dessert’s were great and I enjoyed choosing our own chocolate.Great atmosphere and it truly was a great dining experience until it came time to pay, The waiter split our checks incorrectly, then told us $34.00 was still unaccounted for so he went to resplit the checks and then the manager brought them to us and they were correct only they closed out the ticket so was no where for us to leave a tip (none of us carry cash) so that was kind of an inconvenience.I would recommend this place though!

Used to be awesome, but still good. Years ago, when I started going to the melting pot (here in Phx and in Dallas), it was without a doubt one of my favorite dining experiences. As of late, the quality of ingredients has declined a bit, and the prices have skyrocketed. But I would still recommend as an occasional stop for some fondue…

My favorite.. I’m originally from Kansas City, and discovered the Melting Pot on my 17th birthday. I have since been there eight more times, two of them being here in Phoenix. The first was in October 2011, for my birthday, and it was wonderful. It was my husband’s first time there, and they (as always) very thoroughly explained the whole process. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with all our needs, including when our fondue broth pot began leaking, something that had never happened to her or me. It was quickly taken care of, and we continued our wonderful meal. The second visit was in January, for a dinner out with friends. Once sat, we requested a table with two burners for the four of us, and had to reiterate our request a couple times before our server moved us to a larger table. We were given a different server, since we had moved sections, who was nice, if a bit of an over-sharer. He was very friendly, a little rattle-headed, but it was overall a nice experience, as usual. The Melting Pot is my go-to spot for a romantic evening out, or for special occasions, and until I have a really negative experience, I will continue to return time and time again. It’s a great spot for a bit of a splurge and a meal you won’t have every day.

Not good enough for the price! We fondue at home after this experience. If you want a romantic night out and are willing to spend a lot of money, go somewhere else and give your spouse a real treat! I LOVE fondue, but the food was rather mediocre. Will not return

Quality. This is my wife’s favorite restaurant. We have been to all the Phoenix locations and this one is probably our favorite. The service is very good and the food is always top notch. It is a very cool dining experience that we always enjoy. The Big Night Out is the only way to go for value and to enjoy the complete experience. We also always upgrade our cooking style to Mojo. It is a little extra money but is by far our favorite style of cooking. If you get on there news letter they offer special nights for ladies, teachers, etc. One thing I would advise against is going on a holiday with a set menu. It is still good but your choices are very limited and your price is usually a little higher then most other days of the year.
