Pita Jungle

  • Gluten free. A little deceptive that you advertise yourself as gluten free friendly when you don't even offer gluten free bread for your sandwiches…

  • Overall. This place has really awesome and unique food. Be prepared, though, if you have any complaints. The owner-Andy, defends and ignores. Terrible…

  • Great healthy, fresh restaurant!! Staff was great!…

I really like this little place, it’s definitely unique for a chain. I got 3-4 side items and had so much food!! The lentils and rice side was amazing, the falafel was great, I also got the mixed veggie side but it was almost tasteless… I took most of it home, added some teriyaki sauce and it was perfect! They should really do something about that… It’s too good to just come out with no seasoning or sauce… Overall this place was good, really cheap, had a great bar for a chain Mediterranean spot… The only negative was the location, it’s basically in a random strip mall way out of the way.. I would have never known about it if I wasn’t looking around in a different part of town and just happened upon it….put one in Oldtown … Our Mediterranean place sucks!!

Good service, big portions, and anything with chicken is really good… spicy chicken wrap is excellent!

Hummus and babaganush are the best! Place itself is lite too noisy.

This place was not what I was expecting when I walked in. But the surprise was definitely a positive one as the food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back for their happy hour deals!

Hummus MMM. My wife and I had never been here until recently. We had always assumed it was more of a quick casual dining ie. order at the counter and someone brings you some food. WRONG. This place is acutally very modern and trendy and is a sit down have a conversation and your waitress will take good care of you place. We like mediteranean food and had been contemplating trying this place. I am sorry we waited so long. The restaurant and staff are awesome, friendly, and very helpful. There food proved to be very good also. We tried the hummus (regular & red pepper combo) and falafal for appetizers and I must say both were AWESOME. My wife had chicken schwerma and I tried the chicken combo. I really enjoyed my chicken combo and my wife really enjoyed here pita after she figured out the lettece had a taste she wasnt fond of. We looked at there happy hour menu prices and were blown away. The next time I am able to get off work at a reasonable hour we will be here for happy hour taking full advantage. I am also certain the next time we feel the need for this style food we will be back.

Noisy, pita thick and tasteless with 90% lettuce, bad ‘healthy’ food. Overpriced. Decaf herb tea tastes like unsweetened kool aid. Young staff dressed inappropriately but friendly.
