Great grilled salmon tacos. I was very impressed with the grilled salmon tacos. I live in the midwest but I love Mexican food. I will go back to Rubio’s next time I’m in Phoenix. For a fast food taco place, the tacos were better than most tacos you get in a sit-down type restaurant.
