  Terrible customer service. We’ve ordered from Tailgater’s several times and we didn’t have any complaints. However, the last couple of time we’ve ordered for delivery it was a fiasco. This last time, I placed an order on-line for delivery at 2:50 pm. It said the order would arrive at 3:33 pm. It hadn’t arrived by 4:15 so I called and was immediately put on hold. I hung up and called back and was told they had one driver so it would be another 15-30 minutes. That wasn’t a problem. However, at 5:00 the order still hadn’t arrived so we called again. This time we were told they didn’t see the order so it hadn’t even been prepared yet. After further investigation, they found the order in the kitchen. Needless to say, we cancelled the order. This behavior shows total disregard for the customer. We will never order from Tailgater’s again. Their customer service lacks common courtesy!!!!!

  Very disappointed. Have been there many times. Came to watch the Stanley cup and play trivia and was told a pay per view blood fight (and I mean highlights of bloodly fights in front of families eating dinner,) was to play on 8 of twelve screens during happy hour and dinner time. Then they knocked off the only trivia game on one screen which 3 were playing to put that bloody fight on it too. Now we had 2 small screens for the Stanley Cup championship and none for trivia.They claim they are family oriented. I don’ t think so. Never going back there again.

  Great Wings!!!. Ordered for delivery as all in family have colds. We ordered pizza & wings for the adults, kids wanted cheese ravioli, took about 30 minutes to get here…Pizza was really good, wings were even better, honey bbq flavor, granddaughter had 5 of them!!! We also ordered cannolis for dessert, missed the chocolate chips in them…:( Overall when in Phoenix area will order from them again!!!

  I have no complaints.. Pizza was awesome and the chips and dip but the zucchini was a little bland but still good. Waitress was a little slow but was good and love the buzztime games!!!!

  Great NFL spot. I brought my family to Tailgaters and Il Primo pizza last sunday. What a great spot, so many tv’s and a huge projection screen too. Good kids menu and prices. The waitstaff is friendly and the pizza is to die for. We’ll be back soon!
