Great!. Been going to Wong’s since I moved to the Westvalley 1998- 2000. Used to be weekly routine at least go there once a month now. Ordering and pick up is ALWAYS fast but we enjoy eating in their staff is friendly very nice; mom-and-pop feel.
DON’T GO!!!!!!!. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I can’t help myself this time. Please, please, don’t go to this restaurant and waste your time and money. The hot and sour soup was ok, but you can’t really go bad with soup, right? The pork dumplings were not bad as well, but let’s get real, they were frozen, we all know that… that’s where it ends. The rest of the meal was terrible!! The Ma po was the worst we’ve ever had, the chicken chow mein was dry and the beef and broccoli… YUCK! What a waste of $100.00. I won’t be surpised if they close their doors soon. We were there on a Saturday night and there were only about 4 tables occupied. Save yourself a trip and find another chinese restaurant to go to!!!!
My friend and I tried Wong’s for the first time a few weeks ago due to the decent reviews that I read here. Now the food was pretty good, no complaints there, and even the service was good, up until right before their 930 pm closing time. Now I kind of understand where they’re coming from but my friend and I were still in the middle of our meal when one of the employees just started boxing up our food. When I told her that we weren’t finished, she just kind of laughed hesitantly and proceeded to package our food for us. At that point it felt like we were being kicked out, making it a very uncomfortable experience. But honestly I wouldn’t mind going back again, just at an earlier time.
I have never had Chinese food like this. Wong’s puts other places to shame.
Poor. Very rude service.Asked if broccoli was in the shrimp and vegetable. They said yes. I asked if I could get it without the broccoli and I was told yes. There was more broccoli than any other vegetable. The egg rolls were very greasy as well.Will never eat there again and will not recommend to anyone.
Been getting great food from Wongs for over 14 years now. Ownership has changed, but the food is still great. Will continue to get my take-out from them.
Hot&sour soup didn’t have any chicken or veges & was served lukewarm. Chicken chowmein blah. Very greasy eggroll. Will not go back.
