Missing Part of meal. Ordered six meals. What was supposed to come with the meals (bisquits etc.) were not available. Kept being told that they were almost ready but they never were. Waiter made all kinds of excuses and kept saying they ran out of that item a lot but did not offer an alternative item. Not impressed with this restaurant. Sweet potatoe fries looked gross and in a jumbled pile on the plate. Will not return. The waiter however was very friendly and personable.

Awful Dining Experience. Just had breakfast at this place. My omelette was the worst I’ve ever had, small poor combination of ingredients and way over priced($13.). The service was atrocious and the food barley warm. Will not be back, terrible overall experience, please don’t get ripped off too.
Saddle up and ride away. After being seated, the waiter brought us a basket of biscuits and plates. Every one of the plates had a food particle on it. We asked for clean plates and they promptly brought us new plates. They didn’t check them, because they were dirty too! The next big miss was waiting over 45 minutes for our food. Then the food server thought it would be a good idea to bring cotton candy to our kids before the food came to make up for the delay. We of course didn’t allow them to eat any until after their meal. That made the wait even harder as the kids were staring down the sweets. Then the manager came over to apologize and told us he would take 20 percent off the bill. Awhile later the food came. Our sons chicken nuggets were burned, my moms meal was cold, and my salad was missing several of the advertised ingredients. If you plan to go here, consider other options!
Saddle Ranch Chop House of Rock. Now one would think that the name alone would suggest they were geared toward the cowboy or um cowgirl. And if it werent for the Rock and Roll playing, the interior would suggest the same.
No Happy Hour on Event Nights. My son and I decided to go to Saddle Ranch before a Coyotes game to grab some appetizers and a beer. After placing our order, the waitress came back and informed me that since there was a Coyotes game, they were not honoring their Happy Hour prices. You’re kidding! Let’s take advantage of the people coming to Westgate for a sporting event. There are too many choices in Westgate that DO honor Happy Hour to ever return to Saddle Ranch.
