If you want true mexican…. If you want true Mexican food you’ve GOTTA eat at Ta Carbon. They make the very best carne asada I have ever eaten in the States. You can dine in or buy some carne by the pound with some tortillas and take it home to share, The atmosphere feels very much like you are in a small street side restaurant in Mexico. Complete with a Mexican language order board, music and REAL Mexican Coco Cola (they even recycle the bottles). So have fun my friends and enjoy!!!
