  George M. Kevin is the best waiters I have ever had in any restruant ever!!!!!. If you go to this Applebee’s ask for Kevin!!

  Applebees at 8001 W. Bell Rd.. This Applebees is aweful! My family and I went there and spent about $75 for dinner. The waitress was running around like a chicken with her head cut off and was so unorganized it was exhausting to watch her. Initially she took our drink order and she brought two glasses of water and one soda for our family of four to our table and dropped some off to another table. Eventually (about ten minutes later) she came back with my sons drink and some drinks for another table, weird! We put in our order and thankfully the appetizers made it fairly quick but our meal is another story. About 45 minutes later she brought one plate for our table and had two plates for another table….who does that? Ten minutes later she showed up with two more of our plates and another plate for the people behind us…what the???? Finally another ten or fifteen minutes later she finally showed up with my daughter’s plate and some plates to deliver to another table…Wow, three trips over a period of about thirty minutes to bring us our dinner!! It gets better, when we ordered the kids desserts we told her twice they wanted the sundaes and she even repeated it back to us and I asked her to simultaneously bring the check. I looked at the check and it had milkshakes on it rather than sundaes so I asked her what happened…she disappeared for about fifteen minutes and finally showed back up and said she fixed the problem and gave me my new receipt…it still had milkshakes on it so I asked her again, you are bringing sundaes right?? She said yes sir it is all straightened out! Just before we were ready to leave she finally brought out the desserts….she brought milkshakes in to go cups…are you kidding me??? Over all the food was okay but we were there for over two hours to eat dinner and the entire time the manager was playing hostess to customers coming in and cleaning tables…what the heck is that??I would never eat at Applebees again on purpose, what a joke!!

  Never Going Back!. After having a bad bad bad experience with the chain Applebee’s, my family won’t ever go back. It wasn’t at this particular restaurant, but several years back, I had them pour me a glass of water, and there was BLEACH in the pitcher!! I didn’t know it before I swallowed some & it burned my throat. I was appalled! Just recently, I heard of Applebee’s pouring a glass of alcohol into a babies sippy-cup out of a pitcher – and two strikes & they’re out in my book! Can you believe that? I say…..get those *^?$# pitchers out of their restaurant before others get seriously hurt or injured from their complete carelessness!!!
