Food is the best. Winnie is the best waitress ever!!! Love the Walnut Shrimp, but everything has always been delicious. Oh and the crab puffs are really good. Not tiny little bit of cheese and a bunch of dough. These are stuffed!! I seriously will drive the extra 5 miles to get food here. It is very much about the food. Don’t be put off by the parking lot, you will love it here.
Once you find a Chinese restaurant that you just love and know that it is the best. How could you really go any where else. Big Heng is that kinda restaurant. While the outside does not look great by any means, the food is so delicious. The lunch specials are always worth it. Being only $5.75 you get more than your money’s worth. For a family of 7 it is easy to spend over $100 for take up but not here. I think the crab puffs are the best and I always get the teriyaki chicken. While the whole house gets something different. The food is never dry and is full of flavor. ALWAYS
Our family has been going to this restaurant for the past 15 or so years and it never fails to please. While not the most elegant of decor, the staff is outstanding and friendly and the food is always delicious. We have brought out-of-state visitors there for dinner and also have ordered food to go and have always been less than happy with the food. The dishes are varied, generous, and always served hot. They also have always been willing to adjust spices and make substitutions when asked. So glad to have this close to our home, but I would be willing to travel to eat the food and see the wonderful people who work there.
