Best Mexican fast food in the west valley!!! Nothing compares to a Carolinas burro or hard tacos. The togo tortillas are the best i have ever had. Good atmosphere listen for your number to be called.
YUM!. I am a HUGE fan of Carolina’s on Peoria! I eat theere once a week and the staff is always extremely nice and the food is terrific and CHEAP! I highly recommend the green chile burrito enchilada style with red sauce and a side of sour cream! YUMMO! The one draw back (if I had to find one) is that the place is always extremely busy…but i would really say that is a good thing because it means the food is really good. I usually circumvent the crowd by calling my order in ahead of time and taking it to go! You can’t go wrong with Carolina’s in Peoria!

I’ve seen the light! :). The last review I wrote for the same restraunt in another location was not flattering to say the least. I have seen the upside of this location. this new spot is cleaner and I feel like I can walk in the neighborhood and not get blasted. Good food for cheap eats. I like it!
Tortillas!!. These fresh, thin, tortillas make the food great. Or, even buttered by themselves make everyone happy. Cheap, delicious food!! Might have to swing by to pick up a dozen tortillas for the trip back to Seattle!
Closed On Sundays. Who woulda thought……
