Giordano’s is a famous Chicago Style Pizza Restaurant located in P83 in Peoria Az across from the stadium. At the time of this review the restaurant is still new and may be still tinkering around with the recipes. I went for the plain individual 6in. deep dish stuffed pizza. The sauce on top had a rich tomato taste and tasted like it was seasoned with oregano. Under the sauce was a very thick LARGE disk of molten cheese. It was very elastic in texture but was tasty. However the crust was very thick and very dense and the top of the crust tasted bitter from being burnt. The servers were very friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere is nice. The Chicago Style Pizzas take 45-60 minutes to cook. I was there in the beginning of the day maybe further along in the day the pizzas might come out better.
