Been going here for years! My attention span is so limited that it took 5 times before I noticed there was a huge glider on the ceiling. Places like this are always busy but staffed enough to accommodate a great Friday or Saturday experience. Fish fry Fridays are always great or show up for some of the dueling pianos, there is always something going on here. The buffalo wings (grilled) are my favorite–pair that with a good draft beer and you’re good to go. You can tell there is a sense of neighborhood in this bar which makes fora welcoming atmosphere. Little known fact: all of the bar stools are signed underneath, mostly from 2am last call patrons,go ahead and flip one over. Don’t hesitate and go to Lakeside for a cold beer and some good food!

Poor and Unprofessional Management. I come to town only a few times a year and usually just grab a beer or two from this establishment. It is a great atmosphere with plenty of televisions showing various sporting events. I must say, as far as the food is concerned it tastes as if it came from the frozen food section of the Price Club. But, it is a Sports Bar and you really shouldn’t expect different. The reason for my review now, although I have been going there for a number of years is nothing to do with food, drink or very high pricing for the area. It is because I witnessed an event that will prevent me from ever going back. That is, with customers in the place, I witnessed what was either a Manager or Owner scream at one of his employees in a very degrading and demoralizing way. This was no way to treat anyone let alone one of your employees. The young lady began to cry and immediately left. This had to be the most unprofessional display of management I have ever witnessed at an eating establishment. Whoever you are, you should be greatly ashamed of yourself. I will give you some free advice, get some basic management training and some anger management therapy.

It was Good. This isn’t a fancy place and they have a family friendly bar kind of menu with lots of fried and cheesy things. I had pecan crusted trout and it was pretty good. The fish was fresh tasting and was cooked nice. The vegetables were fresh and very good. We also had the meatloaf and you could see pieces of sandwich bread threw it. Service was outstanding and prices were low.

Great place to drink, great place for food! The people who work there are great and friendly, never had a bad experience!

Happy Hour and Fish and Chips. Friday all you can eat is a good deal if you eat a lot! Happy hour draft specials are pretty solid. Plenty of TVs are available. One downside is the old creepster crowd surrounding the bar.
