Happened to be in area and found this gem. Such a pleasant surprise. Fresh veges and fish, not over seasoned. Small store but good atmosphere with lots of traffics. Will be back to try other dishes.
Leo’s Island BBQ is a quant little restaurant with great food and decent service. The dining area is small but nice and seems to be kept clean. The food is a good version of your standard island (Hawaiian) style food. Tasty and cooked well.27 May, 2015Chicken Combo. Tasty dish. I really like the flavor of the Katsu chicken. Their Katsu sauce is perfect with it. The Teryaki chicken and sauce is also good. Rice is cooked just right, enough sticky to make it able to be eaten but not so sticky its gross. Top with Teryaki sauce for a great taste.
Family Owned Quick Casual. This is the Best Semi-Fast Food in the area. It’s not fancy food but 100% of the time the food is always served hot and Fresh! The regular platters and combos are extremely large and cost very little and come with double portions of meat, rice, steamed vegetables and macaroni salad. They do carry mini meals , Bowls. and assorted burgers. I tried mostly everything on the menu and my expectations are always exceeded. Everything is always very fresh. The place is always very clean and the family that owns and runs the place are always very friendly and cheerful. This is Semi-Fast Food and served in styrofoam containers and much better than anything from the mall’s food court for SURE or the chains on Bell Rd.
Fresh steamed Veggies and a very tasteful BBQ chicken. I ate here three nights in a row it was that good!
Loved the Chicken Katsu. Chicken katsu as it should be made – very tasty and not greasy. A little taste of home.
