The food is excellent! !!!!!!!. No, they are not exactly the same, but I order the Moo goo gai pan and it’s amazingly tasty. The chicken is cooked perfectly moist and the veggies are excellent. My husband and daughter split the sweet and sour chicken, because you get a lot. Egg rolls with real Chinese mustard awesome. … we love this place. I don’t know what these other people are taking about. Yes, we loved the other owners as well, and their food was a little different, but this family makes very good food too.
Should I try this place?. Well,I was afraid to try this this place because the bad reviews that had put on here.Today, my family just got done watching my sons baseball game and was decide to get some food to eat along the way home.So, i decided to try this place.I can see their price raised from before and now was called New Chen Wok.Also,they don’t have any coupons for ordering more food such as gets free crab puff or something any more.But, their food was totally amazing.I was very confused why they has such a low rating.I got the Terayaki Chicken and Orange Chicken, one order of crab puff,walnut shrimp,and shrimp fried rice for my family. The total was 47 dollar or more.After my family finished with our food.The kid that seems ten year old help us throwing away our trash.And treat us like family when we are eating.Why,do people give such a low rating of this? I told the kid that i will come back to their Chinese food again.

Bad customer service. Food was bad! Went in to get my money back ,gave me 10 bucks back on a 43.00 order. Cook was mad and manager made him go back in kitchen . Teriyaki chicken didn’t even taist like teriyaki . Told them to have owner call me and they looked at me like I crazy. Too bad ,took a great place and made a joke ! Hope owner calls but not holding my breath .
Despite the horrible reviews, I have been going to this place for over 5 years. Even when it was chen wok before the new ownership. The new chen wok is more pricey, yes, however the amount of food and the taste of the food are so much better. Staff treats us like family. It took us a couple visits and different food choices but now I LOVE this place. They deserve 5 stars and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer. Ps the teriyaki chicken and the general tso shrimp are both amazing choices.
Idiots answer the phone. I ordered from this restaurant and liked the food. They delivered to my apt so I went to order again. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with what sounded like a 10 year old who didn’t know s*** about the menu. I finally said screw it and hung up. Can anyone recommend a good chinese rest that delivers to the Arrowhead area?
New is the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The food was totally amazing although they raised their price,but i still like the orange chicken.Their are more to chose from now than before.Although this maybe is not better than others but it is still tryable.
