Terrible service. We went a while back and the pizza took forever. Waitress came and said they were paying for it because they had made it wrong. Now this time we went, everyone around us was getting food and meals before we even got our appetizer. We walked out, the manager tried to offer us free food. But we will never ever go back. Free food does not make up for very bad service.

I’m changing my vote. The service was bad without any up time. From the very start until the final end, it was a lousy experience. Maybe the GM has changed or the teenage staff has, I don’t know. No one I took with me in the group was okay with their experience either.12 Dec, 2009Matt, the GM, gave us special attention. I don’t know why. Everything was great. We avoid chains but this place is an exception.
Great little place. The dcor makes for a wonderful setting. The pizza is quality with fresh ingredients you can taste. We love the garlic knots! Would definatly recommend this place to anyone.
Good NY Pizza. I have never been to New York, but I have been to a lot of pizza places that claim to be New York style and who have owners who are New Yorkers. While a lot of these places have fine pizza, NYPD has the best New York style pizza I have had in Arizona. The crust is chewy but not tough. The sauce is homemade and tastes like it. The cheese is high quality mozzarella. When this place first opened it was only the third in the valley. Now they have 10 locations, and I think the quality is starting to suffer a bit. Still very good, but some of the menu items like the Broadway Bruschetta are not as good as I remember them.
