A FAMILY FAVORITE IN MEXICAN FOOD!. I’m not a HUGE mexican food lover, but I live with a family who craves it. When we venture out, the closest & tastiest is On The Border. We know it’s not the fanciest of places, but they’re always busy (and very friendly). They seem to stay that way….even in a harsh economy! Love their chips & salsa…we also like their Queso dip & prefer to order that to go with our chips!Seems like we always pick the CREATE YOUR OWN COMBO’S because there is such a really good selection to pick from. My fave is the Choose 3 – and i usually pick 3 different enchiladas – my fave, by far, is the Spinach/Cheese one….I also prefer the Pork one to the Chicken one as the chicken is kind of dry & less tasty. I also like that they’ll let you have all rice instead of their 2 types of beans….I’m NOT a bean fan.So, while you’re in their….definitely check out the selection on their 2 or 3 choice dinner – it’s our fave & what we go back for! :))
Mmmmargarita. I’m a chimichanga girl, tried other things but it’s really the best they do (in my humble opinion) but of any place any where I really love the raspberry margaritas of On the Border. I wish there was a way to get them to go since I can only drink one then need to cut myself off to get home safely, they are the best!
