KEEP YOUR FOOD FRESH!!!!. I absolutely adore Chinese food, and when I’m having the urge for it, I want to run out to the nearest place & pick up something carry-out style! I know there is LOTS of competition in this area for carry-out Chinese food, but I’ve given PE a couple of tries. Once it was very busy, and the food was fresh & good….next time, not as busy – not as fresh. Wish it was in a more busy corner as I think they’d always be busy…and the Safeway store in the center is closed now, so I’m sure that hurt their traffic, too.I agree that not all the menu items are always available – which should be advertised better. I’d hate going in for something specific only to find out it’s not being made that day. I’ve tried Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp & Egg rolls – I love their fried rice as it’s tasty & unusual. My personal request….more choices without PEPPERS in them!
