Watching out for those with sensitivity issues, i really hoped to be able to give this a much higher reviews wanting a safe gluten-free and dairy-free meal we went to Red Robin and it seemed all their practices were in line. iPad for allergy ordering, a special manager to bring my food from counter to table. I ordered a plain beef burger (with no seasoning) wrapped in lettuce plain (I brought my own ketchup and later made my own dairy free shake) with seasoning-free fries ordered to be made in the gluten free fryer. I spent the next two days in bed. They did cook the fries in soy oil – which if low grade could be the culprit or there was cross-contamination. Just a warning to those with celiac or other food sensitivities. I ordered as plain as I could and still got sick. noshandnurture.com
