When this place first opened, it was good. I love Smash Burger but not this one! The food is inconsistent or almost every order I’ve had was screwed up. Wait times are unreal and parking is damn near impossible. Steer clear of this location! Speaking from multiple experiences!
Ridiculously bad service. Smashburgers are fantastic, I really love them but after paying for mine and waiting over 40 minutes I and several other patient customers just walked out. Come on, it’s a burger can it really take you longer than this to produce! I forfeited my $10 and walked next door to Chipotle, ordered and received my food in under 5 min and was on my way home. I will NEVER go back to this Smashburger. Love the brand, but this is the worst managed store I have ever seen.

The black beanburgers are bland and dry. The fried pickles are greasy and bland. The smash fries didn’t have much flavor also. It took 50 minutes for our meal to be cooked when they told us 30 minutes. No organization after you order, it’s a free for all for a table.
