Scratch my last review. Having visited again recently, and several times, the service is noticeably worse. What makes it more frustrating is most of the girls are happy to hang on, flirt with, and smile glowingly at SOME customers, but only select tables. And don’t even THINK about going during a Bears football game (unless you’re a fan) as it’s packed with loud, obnoxious, and aggressive fans. This place used to be great…but alas, all good things…23 Aug, 2014Wow! I can’t believevi haven’t previously written a review about this gem…!I honestly don’t understand the negative comments about the service. I’ve been going here for years, and the service is always fast and very friendly. Great food (the sliders are stellar and a house specialty) and very reasonable prices. Add to that fact it’s the best football bar in the Valley, and you have a winner.
Worst bar ever!. I have never received such awful customer service in any establishment I’ve ever been to. My friend and I ordered sliders that were absolutely disgusting. We had one bite each before we sent them back. The manager then demanded that we pay for it even though we didn’t eat it and when we refused, she took my beer I hadn’t touched yet, demaned we pay for that too and then kicked us out. Save your time and money and enjoy a real bar with a company who can appreciate your business!

I have visited twice over the last four months. Service is horrible. Both times waited over 25 minutes to be visited by a waitress. Even after the waitress saw us getting up to leave, she still didn’t even approach us. Ridiculous in this economy!
I wad just there for drinks. The service was top shelf and the prices reasonable.
