Not the same. Had lunch today 5/29/15, not sure if they have a different Chef or if it is under new management, but we will not be eating at this Top Shelf again. The manager did not even come to our table even after the waiter told him or her that I was not happy with my dish. Very poor customer service. On the bright side the waiter was very apologetic and very kind. To bad he has to work for this place.

NO! Frozen dinner style Mexican. Was not impressed. Looks like this place is 70% cantina and 30% restaurant and the food tastes like it. There is a small Mexican restaurant in the strip mall across the street that is better and cheaper.
