This is a fast/casual restaurant where you order at the counter, seat yourself and wait for your order to be ready. The specialty of the restaurant is the 5 choices of noodles for noodle bowls. You also have 5 choices of sauces, choices of vegetables and proteins. Be sides the noodle bowls they offer a few appetizers, rice bowls, bento boxes, specialty dishes and a few plates just for children. I had the Hong Kong Noodles with Chicken and Pad Thai Sauce. I thought the noodles and chicken were cooked nicely and I liked that the chicken seemed like a higher quality than a lot of budget casual places. However the Pad Thai sauce was very sweet with spice. It reminded me of sweet and sour sauce and not at all like pad Thai. My husband had a noodle bowl with house sauce and I thought it resembled Asian Food better than the Pad Thai sauce. They are newly opened so it’s possible that they might be still tweaking the menu.
