A delightful local place, located in Shea Blvd and N 32nd St. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with breakfast served until 1a, lunch until 4p, and dinner until 9p. Nice drive thru if you need to get it in the run, opened until 4p. The interior is small with a bar area, and tables and chairs that are close to one another, enjoyable to speak to your neighbor. There is a patio area to enjoy on a pleasant day, tree covered to block the sun, plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meal or coffee. Our visit was for lunch, with a variety of sandwiches, the soup of the moment was tomato bisque, that had a wonderful filling texture. Our sandwiches were the OMG which is prosciutto, mascarpone, fig, and honey, along with the Turkey cranberry, which was filled with turkey, topped with a cranberries, and tomato. Sandwiches come with chips, but for $2 more you substitute a house salad or soup. Service is counter order, and than they bring it out to you either inside or outside. There is a qute water spigot/fire hydrant outside to fill a dish for water for your four legged family members.

Neighborhood joint with a funky vibe. Live their lattes in the morning, bruschetta at happy hour and Chef T’s burger and shake nights. They also have a dog friendly, zen patio. joaniesimon.com

Perfect local cafe. They have a great menu of food and drinks with plenty to choose from for all tastes. All of the food is great quality and not just the same old boring items. Their alcoholic drink menu is awesome and they mix some great drinks as well.

Wonderful little spot. I’ve eaten at this little spot in the road for several years and NEVER been disappointed. Their coffee drinks are amazing; the food is wonderful and varies from night to night. I typically do breakfast (which they only serve until noon which would be my ONLY negative)… It’s a great place to hang out and meet people (since the tables are so close together & its always crowded, it makes sense to get to know your neighbors)… I love the owner and everyone that works their is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. I normally wouldn’t do a review simply because I don’t want the place to become more crowded than it already is; however, I just couldn’t resist saying something nice.

I would really like to enjoy this restaurant. It is nice and quaint, close to my house and overall nice looking. Every time we eat there however it takes forever to get our food and the service is spotty at best. We have been sitting here for fifty minutes and our food still hasnt arrived.

Small place and menu – big flavor!. I love their patio – you can even bring your dog.The menu is small, but each item is made fresh.Their baked goods are made in house and and are tasty. This tiny place has a full bar. One late afternoon I asked for my favorite drink, a lemon drop martini. They suggested I tried their fresh mint lemon drop – OMG – it was an honest drink, and soooooo good. Each night they have a different entree. Worth trying more than once!

Most successful yet to occupy this space and I have watched them come and go in his building since 1990s. Great neighborhood hangout. Nice beer and wine selection. Food is great with a personal touch by using fresh grown basil.
